Blue Range Creek Campground, north of Mansfield, is quiet little spot to camp and have a BBQ.
Blue Range Creek Campground is 14 km or 15 minutes drive north of Mansfield. Turn onto Blue Range Rd about 10km north of town, looking for a sign to Mt Samaria State Park. The turn off is close to broken River. After about 4km of dirt road you will find the campground.
There is a swank new toilet and great fireplaces in the picnic area. Across the road in the camping area, a few sunken fireplaces are around in a camping area along the creek. Its not a huge area, but its always good to know its there. The creek running along it is one of those lovely pebbly brook type of creeks.
